A9 Voice is a Windows app that does two things: hold Ctrl+Space to dictate into any text box, and it records Teams or Zoom calls straight from your mic and system audio, with no bot ever joining the meeting. It tags speakers by voice once you train it (voiceprints stay on your PC), drops screenshots into the transcript when you hit Win+Shift+S during a call, and writes notes as plain Markdown files in local folders instead of a cloud account. You can run its speech models fully offline with no API key, or plug in your own provider keys and pay them directly.
