Agentda
Manages tasks and delegation entirely through chat with your AI agent, no dashboard
Agentda has no task UI — you manage tasks, delegations and follow-ups by talking to your AI agent over MCP, and it remembers the full history of who decided, commented or delegated what. You can delegate to anyone by email, even people without an Agentda account — they get a link to just that one task and can reply, comment or fill in a form with no login. It's free forever for solo users, with unlimited free guests and 100 free "Topics" for shared team knowledge.
What holds up
- +Free forever for solo users, no credit card required
- +Delegates to non-users by email link — no account or app needed on their end
- +100 shared Topics free, even for solo users, not just paid teams
Mind the limits
- −No task list UI at all — everything runs through chatting with an agent
- −Setup depends on connecting an MCP client like Claude Code or Cursor to use it at all
