GetMattered
Rewrites your resume per job and submits applications on employer sites, confirmed by their reply.
GetMattered takes one uploaded resume, picks jobs you can actually win, rewrites the resume and cover letter for each, and fills out the employer's own application form across Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and over 30 other hiring systems. An application only counts as sent when the employer's own confirmation email arrives, not when GetMattered's button is clicked. It also screens postings for ghost-job signals, like one reposted monthly since March that had been filled internally since week two. Each finished application costs $0.21, running from GetMattered's own servers so nothing is installed on your machine.
What holds up
- +Counts a sent application only when the employer's own email confirms it, not a click.
- +Flags ghost jobs — like one reposted monthly since March but filled internally in week two.
- +Applies through 30+ hiring systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday...) from its own servers.
- +Costs $0.21 per finished application — no extension or password handed over.
Mind the limits
- −It submits automatically without your review — you only see it after it's already sent.
- −Job matching pulls only from Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn and Indeed, so other boards are missed.
