AIMlete generates a training session from your sport, goals, available time and equipment, then coaches you out loud through each cue, rep and rest so you don't read a screen — it works with the phone locked and headphones in. It caps sprint and jump volume by age, removes loaded movements if you report pain, and stops training with a prompt to tell an adult if you report something concerning.
