AirCard
Free Mac app that skins Apple Wallet cards and the lock-screen keypad, no jailbreak
AirCard connects to your iPhone over USB and, using what it calls the 'airlift AirTraffic sync exploit,' detects your Wallet cards to apply custom artwork, plus lets you build or edit lock-screen passcode themes from a single wallpaper. It's a free, open-source, universal macOS app — no Homebrew or Python setup needed. The README is upfront that values iOS marks as <private> in its logs can't be recovered by the scanner, and that scanning can fail outright on some iOS versions, like 18.6.2.

What holds up
- +Free and open source on GitHub — 3.5k stars, no jailbreak required
- +Admits scanner limits upfront — values iOS marks <private> in logs can't be recovered
- +Universal macOS binary for Apple Silicon and Intel, with no Homebrew or Python setup
Mind the limits
- −Needs a Mac plus a USB-connected iPhone — no standalone iOS or Windows path
- −Relies on an undocumented Apple logging exploit — could break on a future iOS update
- −Scanning can fail outright on some iOS versions (18.6.2 named) with no workaround yet
