Asakana reads the texts, calls, voicemails and handwritten order sheets restaurants already send distributors, and turns them into order entry, credit memos, returns, PO creation and past-due collections inside the existing ERP — QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Zoho or an in-house system. It learns customer-specific shorthand, like reading "AC" as Albacore Tuna or matching "same as last Friday" to a past order number, so reps and customers keep ordering the way they always have.
