The free audit alone found 31 of 47 employees off-brand in the company's own example: 12 on the old logo, 6 missing a disclaimer, 9 with a stale job title. It's upfront about the limits: Google Workspace gets both audit and fix, but Microsoft 365 has no audit yet and needs an opt-in mail relay to apply fixes, since Microsoft Graph doesn't support signature management and a client-side change can still be reverted by the user. Pricing starts at €9/$9 a month with no seat minimum, so a four-person team pays the same floor as a nine-person one.
