Turns bank statement PDFs into typed Excel/CSV rows, flagging balance mismatches.
This tool uploads bank statement PDFs and extracts transaction rows into Excel, CSV, QuickBooks, Quicken or Tally format, turning text that 'looks like numbers' into real typed dates and amounts. Searchable-text PDFs are parsed directly for free; scanned statements or photos need AI extraction after you sign in, and the result gets checked against the balance printed on the statement — a mismatch is flagged, not silently corrected. It handles up to 20 files per batch (50MB each), hashes and deletes every upload once the job record exists, and rejects formats like investment records or QIF splits with an explanation instead of guessing.
