BenchPing
Sends customers automatic SMS or email repair updates straight from your spreadsheet.
BenchPing connects to your existing Google Sheets or Excel tracker (or its own), and fires off SMS or email the moment a repair's status changes, logging whether it was delivered. Customers get a private tracking link with no account required, and can message the shop back through a two-way inbox that emails both sides on new replies. SMS needs separate purchased credits and customer consent, and is currently available in Canada only; email works everywhere.
