BizTray is a Windows tray app with seven tools — convert Office files to PDF, pull PDFs apart into text or images, merge and reorder pages, stamp watermarks, and fill and sign forms — all processed on your own machine with no file-size cap or page limit. It's free with no account and no subscription; instead it shares a portion of your idle internet bandwidth through its partner Massive, which is disclosed upfront and can be turned off anytime (turning it off also pauses the tools). The signing tool draws a visual mark like a pen signature, not a certificate-based digital one.
