Relinks PS5 executables to run natively on Linux and Windows — no emulation.
AnyPS5 is an open-source relinker that converts PS5 executables into native Linux/Windows binaries, plus reimplementations of the PS5's system PRX libraries, with no emulation or separate runtime process. Coverage is tracked transparently as a percentage of PS5 system functions the project has declared so far, not of every function that exists, and unsupported states throw a runtime error and terminate rather than silently misbehaving. It's GPL-2.0 licensed with 27k GitHub stars, and the project is explicit that it ships no copyrighted firmware, keys or proprietary libraries — sourcing your own binaries legally is on you.

What holds up
- +Fully native relinking, not emulation — e.g. Dreaming Sarah runs a stable 60fps on a GTX 1050 Ti.
- +Open source (GPL-2.0) with 27k stars, so coverage and technical debt are visible, not a black box.
- +Reports function coverage transparently as a percentage of what's declared so far, not overstated.
Mind the limits
- −Only a short, specific list of verified games currently works — most PS5 titles aren't covered.
- −Pre-1.0 software: unsupported states hard-crash (std::runtime_error) rather than degrading gracefully.
