Breadcrumb runs locally on your Mac, recording screens, meetings and AI sessions, then answers questions like what a standup covered or how yesterday's hours split across projects. Scopes let you set folder-specific rules — say "never push main" once in /myapp and every AI you use there follows it. Everything is encrypted at rest with a key in your Keychain and a 12-word recovery phrase; nothing is sent anywhere except one daily check-in with no identifying details, which you can verify yourself with Little Snitch.
