Routes Playwright, Puppeteer and MCP browser sessions across multiple cloud browser providers
BrowserGateway is a router that fans requests from Puppeteer, Playwright, Stagehand, browser-use or any MCP client out across Browserless, Steel, Browserbase, Lightpanda or your own Chrome, with automatic failover and session replay behind one endpoint. It's a drop-in swap — change the connection URL and keep the rest of your script — and self-hosting the gateway and browserserve runtime is MIT-licensed and free, while the managed cloud gives free BYOK routing up to 10,000 sessions a month. Session profiles (cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB) are captured and encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest, so a login can be replayed on a different provider than where it was captured.
