Reads messy SAFEs, grants and 83(b) elections from any file layout, matches them to your cap table, and flags what's missing — an unsigned SAFE, an unreadable cap — before an investor's lawyer finds it. Free, pay-what-you-want, ~15 MB desktop app, exports to Excel, CSV or OCF, and keeps working if the company behind it shuts down, unlike Pulley, which closes December 8, 2026. It skips 409A valuations, multiple admins and employee portals that paid rivals offer.
