Carry is a Chrome extension that reads your ChatGPT, Claude and Grok sessions and writes each conversation to a local folder or Obsidian vault as plain Markdown — no server, no account, nothing uploaded. Auto-capture checks ChatGPT and Claude every couple of hours while Chrome is open; Grok syncs with one click since it has no official export.
