DevRecall builds a local, embedding-searchable index of your work — Git, GitHub, Slack, Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, calendar, and your Claude Code sessions — entirely on your laptop, then writes standups, weekly rollups and quarterly brag docs from that real activity instead of memory. It ships as both a CLI/desktop app and an MCP server, so any MCP-compatible coding tool can query something like your February auth bug and get an answer with cited commits and PRs, never an invented one. Embeddings run on-device via ONNX with a local Ollama model by default, or your own Claude/GPT key; raw activity never leaves the machine.
