Dishboard reads a pasted recipe line by line — converting cups and spoons to gram weights where it recognizes the ingredient, flagging anything it can't convert instead of guessing — and returns food cost percentage, gross profit, and a suggested price. It then runs the same dish through DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub commission math to show what's actually left after each platform's cut: in its own example, an $11.00 sandwich nets $7.36 at the table but just $3.66 on DoorDash.
