A private document portal per client, for sending and collecting files both ways.
Droplana gives each client their own private, persistent portal to send and receive documents, signed forms, statements, a phone photo of a receipt, without the client needing to sign up. It includes document checklists, per-file comments, statuses, expiry dates, and in-browser PDF signing that produces a QR-verifiable signed copy without touching the original file. It's EU-hosted and GDPR-aligned, encrypts each client's files with a key unique to that client, and the free plan covers your first 3 clients with no card required.
