It draws on a database of 776K+ dishes and 445K+ mapped ingredients to catch risks a plain text search misses, like unlisted anchovies in a Caesar salad or shared fryer oil in tempura. Every flagged dish comes with a stated explanation covering ingredients, allergens, prep risks and suggested adaptations.
