Echomitter
Records video that can't be deleted instantly — deletion needs a safety period or approval.
Echomitter records video and uploads it as connectivity allows, then blocks fast deletion: removing a recording requires either a safety-period wait or approval from a trusted contact you've added. Trusted contacts can also view completed recordings, and on Premium get a live view and real-time GPS during active recording. Storage is capped, 2 hours total on Basic, 3 hours plus live view on Premium, and the app states plainly it is not an emergency service.
