FixMP4 fixes the common "moov atom not found" case — a recording that's fine on disk but has no index because the device died, crashed or lost power before finalizing the file. It rebuilds that index locally in your browser, 0 bytes uploaded, plays a 15-second preview of your own repaired file, and only asks for payment after that preview actually plays. It's honest about limits: across its 145-file test matrix, 95% pass every check, but if the real media data is damaged or zeroed, FixMP4 says so rather than promising a fix.
