fixRAgent takes one photo of a maintenance issue and returns what it is, how urgent it is, which trade to call, and a pre-written message to send the tenant — no sign-up required. For developers it returns the same triage as structured JSON (asset type, urgency tier, safety hazard flag, required trade) through an API, or works directly inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Gemini. It reads the photo itself — no sensors, no retrofit, no building management system — and doesn't book anyone; you still decide who goes.
