Flidget combines two churn tools: Drift scores each user Healthy, Risky, or Drifting with a plain-English reason days before they'd cancel, and Retention Copilot opens a short text-or-voice chat exactly when someone tries to cancel or leaves checkout. Both feed one dashboard with a risk queue, exit transcripts, and template rescue emails sent from your own domain when a score crosses a threshold you set. It installs via `npm install @flidget/web-sdk` and one `Flidget.init` call, with a 14-day free trial covering 50 exit chats and 50 drift users.
