HeyNews
Drafts newsletter issues in your voice from your archive and monitored sources.
HeyNews reads your past newsletters to learn how you actually write, monitors hundreds of RSS feeds, blogs, Reddit and social sources for relevant stories, and hands you a publish-ready draft in minutes instead of the hour-plus writing session it's built to replace. It connects natively to beehiiv and Kit, or imports an archive from Substack, Ghost and other platforms. The creator reviews and sends every issue — HeyNews itself never auto-publishes.
What holds up
- +Never auto-publishes — every issue is reviewed and sent by a human, per the site
- +Native beehiiv and Kit integration, plus archive import from Substack, Ghost and others
- +Trains on your own past issues and their opens/clicks, not a generic voice template
Mind the limits
- −Live sync only covers beehiiv and Kit — other platforms get a one-time archive import
- −Replaces the research and drafting work, not the editorial judgment on what to publish
