HTS Bill
Estimates U.S. import duty from an HTS code — unofficial, CBP decides the real number.
HTS Bill takes a product description, country of origin and value, and returns a possible 10-digit HTS classification plus an estimated duty — general rate plus China Section 301 where it applies — built from the current USITC tariff schedule. It's explicit about what it leaves out: Section 232 and IEEPA duties, product-specific Section 301 exclusions, and non-percentage rates like cents-per-kilogram aren't counted, and the result is not a CBP classification. One full estimate a day is free with a watermark; $12/month gives 100 estimates, no watermark, and a CSV export.

What holds up
- +States exactly what's counted and excluded (Section 232, IEEPA), instead of quietly rounding.
- +One full duty estimate a day is free, no card required.
- +$12/month gets 100 estimates, CSV export, and no watermark on the share link.
Mind the limits
- −Unofficial — CBP decides the real classification and duty, this is only an estimate.
- −Doesn't cover Section 232, IEEPA or product-specific exclusions that can change the bill.
