inputprobe DPI Test
Measures your mouse's real DPI/CPI by dragging against a ruler or card, in-browser
inputprobe's DPI test has you drag the mouse alongside a physical reference (a bank card, A4/Letter paper, or a distance you measure yourself) for three passes, then divides raw movement counts by that known length to get real DPI/CPI — the number your OS pointer pipeline never exposes directly. It explains why the manufacturer-printed DPI can be wrong per unit, and lets you rerun against a second reference length to solve for your own placement error instead of assuming it away. It only measures mouse DPI/CPI, not image or print DPI, and says so upfront.
