Jog
Swaps GitHub Actions runners for ones that cost 80% less and run the same jobs faster.
A drop-in replacement for GitHub Actions runners — change `runs-on: ubuntu-latest` to `runs-on: jog` and nothing else; jobs still run Ubuntu 24.04 with Docker, Node, Python, Rust, Go and the GitHub CLI. The founders ran a company that spent over $100K a month on self-hosted CI, and built Jog to cost 80% less than GitHub and about 70% less than Blacksmith or WarpBuild at October 2026 published prices ($0.0012/min vs GitHub's $0.006/min). Jobs also run 2–10x faster since every job gets its own dedicated vCPUs, RAM and disk. It doesn't yet support personal GitHub accounts — organizations' private repos only.

What holds up

- +One-line swap in the workflow file — same Ubuntu 24.04, Docker, Node, Python, Rust, Go and CLI.
- +Jobs run 2–10x faster since each one gets dedicated vCPUs, RAM and disk, not shared capacity.
Mind the limits
- −Doesn't support personal GitHub accounts yet — organizations' private repos only, for now.
