LitArbi
Numbers case exhibits and cites them straight into your Word brief, with no LitArbi cloud.
Manages exhibits for litigation and arbitration like Zotero manages references: numbers them to match your tribunal's convention, then lets you cite them into your brief or award from a pane inside Microsoft Word. The same data produces the exhibit list, the bundle, and the e-brief, so you build each once. There is no LitArbi cloud: matters stay on your computer, or on the firm's own LitArbi Server when a team shares them. Citing also works from Word on the web, Google Docs and LibreOffice, and an Android tablet app holds the exhibits at the hearing. The native macOS and Windows beta is free until 31 December, with nothing charged before 1 January and 30% off the first year after. Student moot court teams get a free edition.

What holds up
- +No LitArbi cloud: matters stay on your computer or your firm's own server
- +Builds the exhibit list, bundle, and e-brief from one dataset instead of three separate jobs
- +Free to use until 31 December with nothing charged before 1 January, plus 30% off year one
- +Cites exhibits directly from a pane inside Word — no switching apps mid-brief
Mind the limits
- −Still in beta — expect rough edges before 1.0, planned for January
- −No Linux desktop app yet, though citing also works from Word on the web, Google Docs and LibreOffice
