Lists every skill, subagent, command, and MCP server your AI tools load, with usage counts.
Loadout reads your ~/.claude folder (and the equivalent for Codex, OpenCode, or any assistant with a skills folder) and lists every skill, subagent, slash command, plugin, and MCP server installed, how often each one actually fired, and lets you edit, disable, or delete them without hand-editing JSON. Disabling a skill just moves its folder to ~/.claude/skills-off — nothing is deleted. It's free, MIT-licensed, macOS 15+, with no account and no telemetry.
