LocalBG
Removes image and video backgrounds fully offline on your own GPU, no uploads or credits.
LocalBG strips backgrounds from photos, videos and GIFs entirely on your machine — Wi-Fi off, air-gapped, same result — using your NVIDIA, AMD or Intel GPU. It ships a CLI alongside the GUI so you can batch a folder headless or wrap it in Flask, Express or FastAPI for a private background-removal API with no per-image fee. The free tier is unlimited for single images; Pro unlocks bulk, video and GIF export, including ProRes 4444 with real alpha.

Mind the limits
- −Judge notes the installer trips antivirus warnings — expect a security prompt on first run.
- −A reviewer needed developer support to get GPU acceleration working — setup isn't always plug-and-play.
