Maali imports bank statements as CSV files or a one-time SimpleFIN connection, sorts every charge into categories it remembers per merchant, and has a local AI analyst write daily notes like a renewal price creeping up or a duplicate charge. Everything — the app, your data and the AI model — runs on your own computer, and it keeps working with the network cable pulled. It's $99 once after a 30-day free trial, no account or card needed; the optional AI analyst is a 5GB download that uses about 6GB of RAM while writing, and turning it off still leaves every dashboard and forecast working.
