macOS window switcher replacement that keeps each Space separate
Splits Cmd-Tab per macOS Space, so switching only shows windows from the current one
Debut replaces macOS's Cmd-Tab with a switcher that keeps each Space's windows separate, while Option-Tab still shows everything across all Spaces. It skips the slide animation when you switch Spaces, and lets you jump, move, or merge Spaces with a key or a drag — merging and adding Spaces needs macOS 27, the rest runs on macOS 26 and Apple Silicon. It's free and open source, and everything stays on the Mac: Screen Recording access is optional and only used for window previews.

What holds up
- +Free and open source, so the code behind it is auditable
- +Everything stays on the Mac — window previews and data never leave the device
- +Skips the half-second Space-switch animation for instant jumps between Spaces
- +Keeps Cmd-Tab scoped to the current Space, with Option-Tab still showing all windows
Mind the limits
- −Apple Silicon and macOS 26 or later only — Intel Macs and older systems are locked out
- −Adding, removing or merging Spaces needs macOS 27 — unavailable on 26 for now
