A self-hosted monitoring pair for Windows and Linux: a small Agent (about 7MB) reports CPU, memory, every disk and error-level log events every 10 minutes, and a self-hosted Manager (about 8MB, no database) keeps 30 days of charts, applies thresholds and emails you once when something crosses a line and once when it clears. $5 per server a month ($48/year), 30-day trial, no cloud account. It's honest that "silent" only means no report arrived — not that the server is confirmed down.
