On Mac, hold the fn key from any app and let go to drop cleaned text at the cursor; on iPhone, tap the mic on the murmr keyboard, then swipe back and tap once to insert. Pro ($149 one-time, free for builders) adds named on-device text-to-speech voices for reading text back.
