NeatPO reads a wholesale purchase order — PDF, CSV, XLSX, or one forwarded to your store's private email — and matches each line to your Shopify catalog, stopping on anything uncertain like a duplicate SKU or an unrecognized case size instead of guessing. A human has to approve every line before a single Shopify draft order is created; it never places an order, charges a card, or contacts a buyer. It handles files up to 20MB, 30 pages and 300 lines, but recognition isn't enabled in this deployment, so scanned pages and photos get flagged as unreadable. The Starter plan is $149/month.
