Matches used-car listings against the seller's Aadhaar identity and RC ownership
NoCom only lets someone list a used car or bike in India if the RC (registration certificate) owner name matches their Aadhaar-verified identity via DigiLocker — a check the app says brokers can't pass. Entering a registration number auto-fills brand, model, year, fuel and transmission from the official RC; sellers list for free and keep the full price, while buyers pay one flat NoCom Plus subscription to unlock direct owner contact instead of a per-sale commission. It's live on Google Play, with iOS still in TestFlight beta.
