Superpowers is a set of composable skills plus starter instructions that make a coding agent stop and ask what you're actually building before it writes anything, then show you the resulting spec in short, readable chunks. Once you sign off, it drafts an implementation plan built on red/green TDD, YAGNI, and DRY, then runs a subagent-driven process that works through each task — often unsupervised for a couple of hours at a time. It installs across a long list of agents, each with its own install path.
