Pawtal HQ runs a capacity-aware boarding calendar and day-by-day appointments grid alongside branded PDF invoices, with day/night, peak-season and multi-pet pricing calculated automatically. Built by a working dog boarder from his own 280+ real bookings, it also stores pet records, vaccination dates and documents, and can auto-send deposit and balance invoices. It's one plan at £15/month (or £160/year) with everything included, plus a 1% card-payment fee on top of Stripe's own; the first 10 bookings are free with no card required.
