Pulsecima checks each monitored URL from three regions — us-east-1, eu-west-1, ap-southeast-1 — on every interval, and only alerts when a majority independently agree something's wrong, so one flaky region doesn't page you at 3am. It reports full DNS, TCP, TLS, and response timing rather than plain up/down, plus free public status pages and maintenance windows that suppress alerts without pausing history.
