Recap Raven
Discord bot that records your D&D session and remembers your whole campaign.
Recap Raven records your table's voice channel during a TTRPG session and turns it into a player-safe recap — key moments, decisions, who said what — posted straight back to Discord, while keeping GM-only notes separate. Its beta Memory feature lets players ask things like "where was Sol'Thun's soul stored?" and get an answer backed by a link to the actual session transcript. It deletes the audio once transcription is done, and the free tier gives 5 recaps in your first 30 days, then 2 every 30 days.
What holds up
- +Audio is deleted right after transcription — no raw recordings kept around afterward
- +Memory (beta) answers campaign questions with a link back to the actual transcript, not just a guess
- +Keeps GM secrets and speculation separate from the player-facing recap, so nothing gets spoiled
Mind the limits
- −Free tier drops to just 2 recaps every 30 days after your first month — regular tables need Premium
- −Memory feature is still in beta — accuracy and availability may not be fully settled yet
- −Discord-only — tables playing over Zoom, in person or elsewhere aren't covered
