Sequo
Turns one idea paragraph into a numbered build plan your coding agent executes step by step.
Sequo turns a one-line project description into an ordered list of build steps, each with its own ready-to-paste prompt for Claude Code or Codex, backed by eight committed docs (idea, spec, architecture, decisions, coding standards) that every prompt reads first. When you change your mind mid-build, it marks affected steps as contradicted, rewritten or removed instead of silently redoing the plan — finished steps keep their status. You still do the manual setup, like creating a Supabase project and pasting in keys; Sequo writes the plan and the docs, not your code.

What holds up
- +Mid-build changes mark only affected steps (contradicted, rewritten, removed) — finished work stays.
- +Every prompt reads the same committed docs (spec, architecture, decisions) for shared context.
- +No account needed until the plan is written, and the idea isn't used for training, per their privacy policy.
- +Answers an agent's error, like 'permission denied for schema public', from your own docs.
Mind the limits
- −Sequo writes the plan, not your code — you still run the agent and do manual setup steps yourself.
- −Planning past step 8, the next phase, is a Pro feature — the free tier plans one phase at a time.
