ShelfCount handles restaurant inventory counts (from any phone), recipe and prep-recipe costing, par-level purchase orders, and invoice scanning for a flat $50/month with unlimited users and locations, versus $249+ at MarketMan and $350+ at MarginEdge. POS sales sync works with Square and Clover today; Toast integration is still in final certification. It was built by a Los Angeles coffee shop owner who says he used a third of what he was paying MarketMan for, and offers a direct MarketMan inventory-list import so switchers don't start from a blank screen.
