subporter
Migrates Stripe subscriptions to a new account without double-charging customers
Stripe copies customers and cards to a new account but not subscriptions, prices, meters, or schedules — SubPorter fills that gap with a six-stage flow (connect, scan, decide, pay, move, schedule) run by the source and destination owners together. It automatically flags edge cases — a subscription renewing within 48 hours, one with a coupon, or one with no saved card — for a human decision before anything copies, and only cancels the source subscriptions once every new schedule is verified. Built by a founder who went through a SaaS sale himself; $99 for migrations up to 100 active subscriptions, $199 above that, charged only before the first write to the destination account.

What holds up
- +Flags risky subscriptions (renews in 48h, has a coupon, no saved card) for manual review first
- +Free to connect and scan — the fee is charged only before the first write
- +Cancels source subscriptions only after every new schedule is verified
Mind the limits
- −Only covers teams staying on Stripe Billing, not a full finance-stack migration
- −$99–199 per migration on top of running the connect/scan/decide steps yourself
