Sugar Sense pulls readings from FreeStyle Libre, Dexcom, or Nightscout and adds predictive 'heading low' alerts — it can warn you about 15 minutes before you hit a low, not just when you're already there. Care Circle lets family follow the same glucose alerts, with an optional emergency call for urgent lows. It's built by a developer with 12+ years of type 1 diabetes, runs on iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS, and states plainly that it doesn't sell your data. It's an independent app, not affiliated with Abbott or Dexcom.
