The Morning App replaces snooze with a mandatory sequence: the alarm has no snooze button, so stopping it opens a deck of short rituals — breathing, a dream journal, calm music, a one-line evening note read back to you — instead of your phone's usual apps. None of it tracks a streak; skip a day and nothing shames you for it. Some cards (Stretch, Puzzle, a serialized classic novel) are premium, but the basics are free to download on iPhone and Android.
