VoxScreen
Writes interview questions with AI, scores recorded candidate answers, and ranks them.
Describe a role and it generates interview questions with a scoring rubric; candidates record video or voice answers from one link, and every answer comes back transcribed, scored per criterion and ranked. Custom branding and unlimited roles are free on every plan, including the free one — the page notes most tools in this category charge for both. No seat fees either; invite as many teammates as you like.
What holds up
- +Custom branding and unlimited roles are free on every plan, where most competitors charge for both
- +No seat fees on any plan — invite your whole hiring team at no extra cost
- +Score breakdown is per rubric criterion, not one opaque number
- +Candidates choose video or voice per question, so quick screens don't require a camera
Mind the limits
- −One-way, async video only — no live conversation, so you lose real-time rapport and follow-up
- −It's a top-of-funnel filter only — you still run real interviews with the finalists it surfaces
