Voylo sits between your phone numbers and voice-AI providers like Vapi, Retell or ElevenLabs, routing calls per-trunk and automatically failing over to a backup provider if the primary one drops — instead of you stitching together a carrier, a SIP trunk and custom failover code yourself. It never marks up what you pay AI providers, bills everything on one invoice, and logs every call event to a single webhook rather than three separate vendor dashboards. Direct-carrier coverage is live only in select markets; everywhere else you bring your own SIP trunk, which the company says most customers keep using even after direct coverage arrives in their region.
