WebhookVault stores every webhook request in full — headers, body, timing, even binary payloads — for up to 365 days depending on plan, instead of sampling or dropping it like most logging tools. Watchdogs act as a dead-man's switch: set the expected cadence per endpoint, or let it infer one from history, and get alerted when a sender like Stripe quietly goes silent before customers start calling. It also forwards captures to your own URL through a durable, SSRF-guarded outbox with automatic retries and manual replay, and offers a CI mode that creates a self-expiring endpoint and blocks the build until the expected webhook lands.
