Takes an idea through 12 kill-filters — any one of them ends it — then scores what survives on 7 areas and returns one verdict: build it, test it first, paid pilot, not yet, or drop it, with the pass/fail math computed in code so the model can't inflate its own score. Or, without an idea yet, it searches real market data across niches and drops anything with no proof people actually have the problem — its own published run kept just 93 of 3,430 candidates across 30 markets.
