Will U Be There?
Alerts you when a friend's trip overlaps yours in the same city and dates.
Add your upcoming trips, and when one overlaps a friend's within 100km on matching dates, both of you get a push notification — otherwise your itinerary stays private and nobody sees the full picture. It also surfaces local concerts, markets and events within 15km of where you're staying, and lets you propose a meetup that friends answer Going or Maybe to. There's no ad SDK in the app, sign-in is passwordless (Apple, Google or a 6-digit email code), and deleting your account purges everything after 30 days.
What holds up
- +No ad SDK, and no advertiser buys your location, per the privacy page
- +Only the overlapping city and dates are shared — the rest of your itinerary stays private
- +Account deletion purges everything after 30 days, with a full data export first
Mind the limits
- −Event listings are hand-picked per city, so coverage is denser in some cities than others
- −Anyone holding a shared trip link can view that record, so it needs care in sharing
